Consent
For this entry to be eligible, please ensure you have gathered the required consent from anyone featured in the picture.
If any children/young people under 18 are featured in the image, please ensure they and their parents have completed a Tender Consent Form.
If any adults are featured in the image, please ensure they have completed a Tender Consent Form.
We may use these images to illustrate our work in the following ways:
- Tender’s publicity and promotion: new media such as Tender website and social media platforms, promotional printed literature and films.
- Media coverage opportunities: websites e.g. news websites, broadcast e.g. TV news programmes, print e.g. newspapers and journals.
- Partner organisation publicity: websites and Facebook pages, conferences which Tender may speak at, printed and DVD publicity material (e.g. our funders, council colleagues, education providers and other organisations with objectives which match our principles.
If we use photographs or videos of individual pupils, we will not use the name of that child in the accompanying text or photo caption, or in any context relating to the photograph or video.
