Be part of the change
You can help end domestic abuse and sexual violence. By funding Tender, you’ll help us reach more children and young people with our innovative projects, and protect future generations from abuse.
The impact of your giving
16-24 year olds face the highest risk of experiencing domestic abuse. However, despite a mandatory Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) curriculum, only 46% of students feel confident about who to talk to if they or someone they know is experiencing it. With your support, we can help children and young people access relationships education which meets their needs and safeguards their futures.
Our projects support young people to develop and maintain healthy relationships. Through arts-based activities, we equip young people with the knowledge and skills to build positive connections, recognise abuse, and seek support if they encounter it.
Ending domestic abuse requires systemic change: change which we believe can happen. We work with adults, schools and youth settings to grow a culture of safe and healthy relationships wherever young people may be. By supporting our programmes, you can help us raise awareness, embed preventative action, and ensure every child in need can approach an empathetic, informed adult for help.
What our philanthropists say
Across Esmée’s work, we have a strong focus on preventative work. Tender’s work to help young people to understand what a healthy relationship looks and feels like is a great example of this.

We practice what we preach: healthy relationships built on mutual respect, strong communication and rooted in empathy. As a funder of Tender, we’ll ensure you feel informed and excited about our work throughout your time with us. You’ll also be welcomed into the Tender community, invited to our celebration events, and have opportunities to get close to the impact of your funding.
