We offer a variety of training options appropriate for different organisations and professionals, through both funded training programmes and bespoke training offers.

Higher education training

Our work in higher education settings empowers staff and students with the skills to identify and prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence and to build respectful, inclusive campus communities.

Toolkit training

Tender, alongside MOPAC, have developed a teacher toolkit to support the delivery of the RSHE curriculum and are running one-hour, CPD accredited training sessions to support the use of the toolkit in schools.

Training tailored to you

Whether you’re a youth organisation looking to support your staff to deliver relationships education, or a workplace improving inclusion in your workforce, we’ll work closely with you to develop training that achieves your specific goals.

Why us?

Tender has twenty years’ experience supporting people of all ages to develop the vital skills to build healthy relationships and prevent abuse.

After participating in our training, 98% of adult participants increased their knowledge of domestic abuse and coercive control.

Icon of a group of people

Building an inclusive culture where everybody feels valued and able to contribute is good business. It’s also the right thing to do.

Our long-standing partnership with Tender has gone from strength to strength and continues to make a genuine and meaningful difference to championing equality of experience for everyone in the firm.

Raise awareness

Through our training, we raise awareness of domestic abuse and early warning signs of inappropriate behaviour, building a common language through which to discuss and tackle issues before they escalate – in- and outside of work.
