Angharad manages Tender North, delivering and coordinating projects and leading Tender’s growth across the whole region.

Anna leads on fundraising from trusts, foundations and statutory sources.

Daisy manages all Tender’s programmes in the West of England, with projects throughout Bath, Bristol and wider Somerset.

Dorota specialises in charities’ accounts and is one of Tender’s longest-serving team members, beginning on just half a day a week in 2005, first as a freelancer and then as a full-time employee since 2010.

Francesca is the Corporate Partnerships Officer in the Development team. Previously, she completed an MSc in Women’s Health at UCL.

Iona is a Project Coordinator for Tender’s RE:SET team. She supports with the delivery and coordination of the programme across London schools.

Isadora is your go-to person for all things social media, website updates, media enquiries, and promoting Tender’s work.

Jen joined Tender in Autumn 2022 and is now Programme Manager for London and the South East. 

Kate joined works alongside CEO Susie McDonald to raise funds from major donors and corporate partners, including Tender’s Friends and Guardians.

Kate leads all Tender services and programmes as part of our senior leadership team.

Kate delivers Tender’s communications strategy, managing the website and social media channels and liaising with the media to promote Tender’s work.

Kim works as a Project Coordinator for Tender’s London and South East Team.

Lauren joined Tender in 2024 as part-time Projects Coordinator for Adult Services, providing administrative support for training projects…

Luisa joined Tender in 2023 as part-time Projects Coordinator for Tender North.

Maddi oversees Tender’s Adult Services team, delivering projects to adults with safeguarding responsibility to increase awareness and improve professional response to domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender-based violence overall.

Maddie works in our London and South East team developing projects for young people across the region.

Magdalene joined Tender in September 2023 as the RE:SET Programme Manager, overseeing Tender’s whole school approach to relationship education.

Michelle manages and delivers Tender projects in schools and youth settings across Norfolk.

Ruth supports and delivers training to adults with safeguarding responsibilities, including teachers, local authority workers and third-sector volunteers.

Susie has been developing innovative programmes with Tender since its inception, becoming CEO in 2010.

Amy runs her own consultancy firm specialising in business transformation, strategy development, transition planning, service proposition development, marketing and communications.

Laura is a senior teacher at a North London co-educational state school where she is an English teacher and designated safeguarding lead.

Matthew was the Global Managing Partner of leading international law firm Clifford Chance from 2014-2022 having spent nearly 40 years with the firm.

Michaela is a chartered accountant and is Assistant Director of Finance at UK charity Shelter.

Rory has a business background. He was a founder-director and CEO of Wilmington Group plc, launched on the LSE in 1995, a leading, international provider of professional information and training.

Sharina is Client Director of Legal and General. 

Simon has worked in the media for his entire professional career.
