Make Tender your Charity of the Year
As your Charity of the Year, we’ll work with you to create an exciting programme of fundraising activities that delivers real impact, educates colleagues about domestic abuse, and provides pro-bono opportunities too.
Cause-related marketing
We are always pleased to work with companies that share our vision for a world without domestic abuse. Cause-related marketing promotions help us raise funds and reach new audiences with abuse-prevention messages.
Payroll giving
Payroll Giving enables employees to give to charities straight from their pay, before tax is taken – effectively increasing the value of each donation for Tender.
Your company can set up a Payroll Giving Scheme for free, no matter how many employees you have. All you need to do is sign a contract with an HMRC-approved Payroll Giving Agency, and your employees will be able to donate directly to any charity of their choice through their salary.

How do you use the money?
The money you raise for Tender will be unrestricted. This means that it will go towards our greatest funding need at this time.
How is Tender funded?
Tender is funded from multiple sources, including statutory funding, trusts and foundations, individual donors, fundraisers and corporations.
Try our workplace training
Tender provides tailored, modular training programmes for workplaces, designed for both in-person and remote learning. We offer training and advice to tackle bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace, as well as on domestic abuse awareness. All fees earned from our workplace training are reinvested back into our educational programmes for young people.
