Projects Coordinator (East)
About the role
Tender started working in Norfolk in 2018 and has since gone from strength to strength, developing strong, long-term relationships with schools and funders across the region. In April 2023, we started implementing a new 3-year strategy across Tender, and in the East of England we anticipate a continuing growth in demand for our work from schools and other settings.
As the Projects Coordinator, you will play a key role in that growth, supporting the Programme Manager (East) in coordinating and delivering our work. You will also be a key member of wider national team, with opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across the country.
In this role, you will also be part of the Tender team delivering an innovative whole setting approach programme, RE:SET. RE:SET is an online toolkit to support primary, secondary and specialist schools to explore, adapt and reset their existing relationships education across the whole school. It supports schools to promote healthy, equal and respectful relationships and become Healthy Relationships Champion Schools.
You do not need to be based in Norfolk or the surrounding area, as most of the work can be conducted remotely. You may be required to travel to Norfolk from time to time for face-to-face meetings with the Programme Manager (East).
Success in this role would mean that, after six months you will have:
- Successfully coordinated the delivery of our projects in schools and youth settings in East England
- Built good working relationships with the schools and settings we work in, and the facilitators who deliver our work
- Supported and worked flexibly with the Programme Manager and other colleagues to ensure the high quality and continued improvement of our work
- Use Tender’s data management systems, such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, confidently and in line with Tender’s policies
