Cordelia studied English & Theatre at the University of Leeds, including additional modules in Child Welfare and Psychology. She began her career in the theatre sector, holding administrative and facilitation roles in both education and D/deaf and disabled access.

Following two years in Tender’s education team, she now delivers the fundraising strategy for trusts, foundations and statutory funding, and supports Tender’s strategic and programme development.
