Daisy Douglas
Programme Manager (Tender West)
Daisy has worked for Tender since 2008, where her role sees her managing all Tender’s programmes in the South West of England. Prior to establishing Tender’s work in the South West she was Tender’s National Partnership Manager and is extremely proud of the role she played in helping establish the work of Tender across the UK.
Daisy trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before beginning her career as an actor and drama practitioner. She is an experienced facilitator working with a large range of organisations, and has been an associate artist for both National Youth Theatre and Natural Theatre Company for over 20 years.
Daisy is also a Visiting Lecturer in Applied Theatre at Bath Spa University.
She has experience as a helpline worker for the National Domestic Violence Helpline, providing support and information to women experiencing domestic abuse.
Daisy is passionate about creating and enabling spaces for people to be curious and playful.
