Daisy Douglas

Programme Manager (Tender West)

Daisy manages all Tender’s programmes in the West of England, with projects throughout Bath, Bristol and wider Somerset.

Daisy trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before beginning her career as an actor and drama practitioner. She first joined Tender as a workshop leader in 2008, before joining Tender’s team in 2012. During this time, she also volunteered as a helpline worker for the National Domestic Violence Helpline, providing support, information and a listening ear to women experiencing domestic violence and to those seeking help on her behalf.

Prior to establishing Tender’s work in the West of England, she was Tender’s National Partnership Manager and is extremely proud of the role she played in helping to establish the work of Tender across the UK.
