David trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) and has also gained an MA in Theatre for Young Audiences from Rose Bruford College. He is a highly experienced facilitator and director, with over 20 years’ experience of working creatively with children and young people of all ages and backgrounds.

David first joined Tender as a workshop leader before moving into the office as National Programme Manager. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the design and maintenance of Tender’s curriculum across all programmes, as well as developing a strategic plan for expanding Tender’s reach and impact into new geographic areas.
