Francesca is the Project Coordinator for the Toolkit program within the Adult Services team. Previously, she completed an MSc in Women’s Health at UCL, building on her Psychology BSc background. Specifically, she conducted a qualitative project on how the maternal healthcare experiences of disabled women in Nepal are impacted by social influences and culture.

Her studies increased her motivation to tackle social justice issues by addressing their root causes through prevention work and education. Prior to working at Tender, she was a workshop leader at another UK charity for young people working to help prevent and raise awareness of mental health struggles for young people.

Through her previous experiences and passion for empowering others, she is excited to bring her experiences and skills to Tender.
