Isadora completed her master’s in Media, Campaigning and Social Change at the University of Westminster, receiving distinction for her dissertation work on the use of storytelling in humanitarian campaigns. Her study investigated the progress of international NGOs in adopting an approach to stories which is based on communities’ strengths and avoids harmful stereotypes.

Before joining Tender, Isadora coordinated the communications of a London-based charity and delivered communication and engagement strategies to support the development of the local voluntary and community sector.
