Kate joined Tender in June 2020 as a major donor fundraising consultant. She works alongside Susie to raise funds from major donors and corporate partners including Tender Friends and Guardians. 

Kate is also responsible for supporting Tender’s Development Board, whose members are committed to fundraising in their networks and raising awareness of our work.

For many years, Kate worked at the NSPCC, where she held senior roles in both Fundraising and ChildLine services. Outside of Tender, she is Director of Beneficial Fundraising and, in her space time, she enjoys the company of her family and friends, going to gigs, swimming outdoors and zooming about town on her motorbike. She also volunteers for The Felix Project, mostly sorting vegetables.
