Luisa joined Tender in 2023 as part-time Projects Coordinator for Tender North.

Since 2001, Luisa has taught in secondary educational settings in West Yorkshire, specialising in working with young people who have significant social, emotional and mental health needs. Luisa is passionate about adopting a holistic approach to education and the essential role that high-quality Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) plays in the health and wellbeing of young people, as well as in creating a society which embodies equality, freedom and respect.

With a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Music, Luisa is an advocate for using the arts in education, to break down barriers to learning and build self-esteem.
