Maddi Olivier

Head of Adult Services

Maddi oversees Tender’s Adult Services team, delivering projects to adults with safeguarding responsibility to increase awareness and improve professional response to domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender-based violence overall.

She has a BA Hons in Sociology & Social Policy from the University of Brighton, and has worked in domestic abuse services for the last eight years. Before Tender, Maddi held manager roles at a local domestic abuse service and Refuge, before becoming a safeguarding manager at a local college, where she delivered safeguarding, domestic abuse and sexual violence training to staff.

As part of her roles she delivered training on behalf of Coventry Adult Safeguarding Board, Sussex CCG, East Sussex Local Authority and Brighton & Hove Local Authority, to a number of professionals and agencies, including social workers, teachers, midwives and police officers.

She has worked with Galop, Terrence Higgins Trust, Change Grow Live and Stonewall, as well as other local organisations, to deliver training to staff and healthy relationship workshops for those accessing the services.
