Magdalene joined Tender in September 2023 as the RE:SET Programme Manager, overseeing Tender’s whole school approach to relationship education, bringing a wealth of experience from her work managing education projects and supporting vulnerable young people.

Before joining Tender, Magdalene worked with an education charity where she managed multiple school-based programmes across London and served as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Her career also includes leading engagement and participation initiatives for a charity supporting children who have experienced sexual and criminal exploitation. This role saw her working alongside children to create impactful and creative awareness campaigns focusing on topics such as consent, sexual harassment and grooming.

Magdalene is passionate about empowering children to have their voices heard, ensuring adults prioritise safeguarding, championing children’s rights, and delivering high-quality educational programmes that create lasting change.
