Michelle has extensive experience in delivering Tender’s projects across a variety of youth settings, including primary and secondary schools, SEND and alternative education provision, and adult training. She joined the Tender team in 2012 and since then has taken on a variety of roles in the specialist provision team and developing our whole school approach.

In 2018, Michelle moved to Norfolk where she now manages and delivers Tender projects in schools and youth settings across the county. Outside of Tender, Michelle is a community theatre practitioner, creating work which focuses on promoting self-esteem and social connection.
