Ritu supports the development team in fundraising from a wide range of sources from trusts and foundations to individual giving.

She studied MSc International Development at the University of Sheffield and holds an MA in Global Modern History from University of Delhi, India. 

She’s interested in participatory film and photography, especially participatory documentary filmmaking. She has used arts-based participatory research methodologies in the past and believes in its ability to create safe and engaging spaces for the voices of vulnerable communities to be heard.

Prior to Tender, she worked as development officer at a charity in Sheffield that supports individuals, families and communities affected by substance misuse. Outside of work, she volunteers for WORLDwrite, a documentary film focussed educational charity, as an archive researcher and camera crew.
