Rory has a business background. He was a founder-director and CEO of Wilmington Group plc, launched on the LSE in 1995, a leading, international provider of professional information and training. He is now extensively involved in charities with a particular interest in young people’s disadvantage. As a member of Pilotlight, he acts as an unremunerated coach and mentor to client charities.
