Sarah recently joined Tender as the Head of Curriculum and Growth, where she is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of all programmes and developing plans to expand the reach of Tender’s services.

Sarah worked as a secondary English teacher in both Canada and the UK for over a decade prior to joining Tender, and for the past four years was also the Head of PSHE. Sarah holds a BA (with Great Distinction) in English and a BEd (with Great Distinction) in English Language Arts Education, both from the University of Lethbridge. A passionate advocate for the power of preventative education, Sarah believes in the ability of language and dramatic expression to drive change, particularly in the areas of gender-based violence and domestic abuse.
