Sola joined Tender in 2022 as a Senior Projects Coordinator.

She has a degree in Theatre Studies and a Masters in Acting, and has long been an advocate for using art to create social change and awareness. She believes that art has the potential to create lasting transformation.

She worked as a project coordinator and facilitator for a charity that works with women in refuge, where she co-designed and delivered workshops to help build confidence and self-esteem through artistic workshops and courses. Most recently, Sola worked in an alternative provision setting, working with vulnerable young people as their mentor.
