Workplace Training

Dawn Howley - Training Consultant

Our training offer for businesses focuses on building healthier workplace cultures by preventing harassment and abuse. We work with organisations across the private and public sector to promote healthy workplace relationships based on equality and respect. We equip firms both to support employees and to provide more caring and effective services to vulnerable customers.

By educating your workforce in these issues, you will raise awareness and so work towards prevention, for which an incredibly strong moral and business case exists. To retain the best people, organisations must provide a safe and supportive environment. Promoting healthy workplace relationships with employees and customers has never been more important.
